REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Return Eligibility: Due to strict health, hygiene, and product safety standards governing vaping hardware and consumables, returns are strictly restricted to unused, unopened items in their original, sealed factory packaging within 14 days of receipt. Products that have been unsealed, opened, tampered with, or used are non-returnable.

Initiating a Return: To begin a return, contact our support team at clientservice@thcvapesshopuk.co.uk detailing your order reference number and the item you wish to return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the package to our facility. Return freight costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the returned item is confirmed defective or incorrectly fulfilled by our staff.

Refund Issuance: Upon arrival and physical inspection of the returned package at our fulfillment center, we will issue confirmation via email. Approved refunds will be returned to the initial payment method used at checkout within 3 to 5 working days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your delivery arrives damaged or containing incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at clientservice@thcvapesshopuk.co.uk with photo evidence. Replacement items will be dispatched immediately at no extra cost.
